Breckenridge, Colorado is home to a mountain that has something for every skier and snowboarder.  The nearly 13,000-foot mountain boasts skiing terrain to challenge expert alpinists, while the 5 terrain parks hold mean every snowboard rider will find a pipe or rail that seems to be tailor-made for their skill level.  The slopes are split almost 50/50 between beginning/intermediate skiing and advanced runs.  For that reason, many expert skiers and snowboarders make Breckenridge a yearly stop.

There are 155 trails, serviced by thirty chair lifts.  Together, the collection of runs adds up to more than 2300 skiable acres.  Frequent precipitation means that both back country and groomed trails are covered with quality snow.

The town of Breckenridge has no shortage of amenities.  There are no less than 76 bars in and around the town.  Add to that nearly 200 retail shops and an impressive historic districts with classic buildings and you have the perfect location for an innumerable amount of after-ski fun sessions.  Family-friendly events like snow sculpture competitions are also part of the scene.
