Resort Profile: Beaver Creek

Beaver Creek is quite the offering, even for a Colorado resort. At 148 trails spread over 1,805 acres with 17 different lifts to serve the terrain, riders of every level will find something here to challenge and excite them. 19% of the trails are rated for beginners, 43% for intermediates, and 38% for advanced and experts. All accommodations are ski-in courtesy by means of connecting trails and bridges.

Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Beaver Creek, Colorado, the resort is located along Interstate 70, a little more than two hours from Denver. Still, Beaver Creek retains its feel as a private resort hidden from view, and has continually won such accolades as “The consummate kid-friendly resort.” from SKI Magazine.

Strolling through the square you can see why; it’s a modern, custom-designed resort with the cozy, unhurried feel of an Alpine village. In fact, Beaver Creek boasts a world-class pedestrian village at the base of the mountain - be sure not to miss “cookie time” each and every day during the season! Beaver Creek Village at the heart of the resort, full of quaint shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants, all conveniently linked by heated walkways and escalators.
